After the client has signed their MSA, the chosen candidate will be expected to manage the relationship until their funnel is launched or in the case that they request monthly support. The primary responsibility with clients will be to manage their projects from the onboarding stage to the delivery stage.

Create and manage the implementation of new processes (client onboarding, employee onboarding)

Provide support to key team members in any new company projects or packages 

Onboard and assist in designating training of new employees .
